Omleidingen

Onderstaande dient ter aanvulling/aanscherping van het generieke profiel situatieberichten, en het exchangeprotocol, de daar geldende verplichtingen en algemene werking zijn dus ook hier van toepassing. Daar waar het profiel zaken als optioneel beschouwd, kan in onderstaande dus wél een verplichting zijn opgenomen die binnen deze specifieke context van toepassing is.

Omleidingen worden omschreven met ReroutingManagement. Er is sprake van een omleiding wanneer het verkeer de rijbaan geadviseerd wordt, of dient te verlaten en via een andere route wordt geleid. Wanneer het verkeer over de andere rijbaan wordt geleid d.m.v. versmalde en verschoven rijstroken valt dit onder RoadOrCarriagewayOrLaneManagement.

In de context van wegwerkzaamheden worden alleen reroutingManagementType = 'followDiversionSigns' voor een omleiding middels bebording en reroutingManagementType = 'useIntersectionOrJunction' voor een digitale omleiding gebruikt.

Voor iedere omleidingsroute dient een situationrecord opgenomen te worden van het type ReroutingManagement waarin de omleidingsroute als alternativeRoute is opgenomen.

Daarbij dienen de locatiegegevens van de omleiding niet het traject van de werkzaamheden te bevatten, maar het punt waar de afsluiting begint en de omleiding start; bijvoorbeeld op kruisingen of divergentiepunten van afritten en verbindingswegen.

De alternativeRoute wordt beschreven met een lijnlocatie welke nooit VILD bevat.

De ComplianceOption is altijd advisory, de wegbeheerder kan hier, indien gewenst, van afwijken door deze te vullen met de waarde mandatory.
